Do I have to log expenses?
No. Expenses are completely optional. You can just use ride and shift logging. But if you log expenses, you'll see your REAL profit in the Economic Summary: how much you earn per ride, hour and km after all costs.
What types of expenses can I log?
Daily expenses: fuel (with litres and price), parking, tolls, car wash, repairs, oil, tyres, food and coffees.
Fixed expenses: insurance, self-employment tax, MOT, accountant, modules, VAT, road tax, radio, plus depreciation for vehicle, licence and garage. You set the frequency (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or annual) and the app generates all payments automatically.

How does vehicle depreciation work?
If you paid cash, enter the purchase value and amortisation years. The app calculates the monthly accounting instalment and distributes it automatically. If you have a loan (lease or hire purchase), just log the monthly payment as a fixed expense. Same applies to licence and garage.
What is the Economic Summary?
It's the dashboard that combines your income and expenses to show your real profit: how much you earn per day, ride, hour and kilometre. It also shows distributed costs per day, ride, hour and km. You can view it by day, month, year or annual cumulative and compare each period with your average.
Do I need an internet connection?
The app works online to sync your data. If you lose signal, everything is saved and synced when you're back online.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Export to Excel (CSV/XLSX) and PDF whenever you need, with a single tap.
